Delivery & Returns
To deliver your favorite products, we have partnered with the most reliable companies. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong. We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
Please note that our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase with a valid original sales receipt and the item still in the original packaging.
The following items are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS;
1) ALL Firearms, including pellet and bb.
2) All Ammunition, powders and reloading equipment and accessories.
3) Undergarments such as base layers or thermal under layer.
4) Any item which has visibly been opened from its original packaging and used or has had its security seal broken or tampered with.
